YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has created a political sensation in Delhi by giving a privilege notice in Lok Sabha today against his own party MP. He submitted a notice against YCP Bapatla MP Nandigam Suresh to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla seeking an action. Raghu Rama Raju sent a copy of a press conference video alleging that Nandigam Suresh made objectionable personal allegations against the rebel MP. For a number of reasons, the AP politics reached a feverish pitch in Delhi during Parliament's ongoing session. For both the YSRCP and its opposing party leaders, it has been a great challenge.
Particularly for CM Jaganmohan Reddy, due to multiple controversies over Supreme Court hearings on speedy trials in cases of MLAs and MPs, temple accidents and also hurdles for the shift of Amaravati Capital, it poses greater challenges. In the midst of this head-on collision between various groups, Raghu Rama Raju has entered a serious struggle with the YSRCP over the Amaravati issue and temple attacks. This has significantly angered MPs in the governing party. Vijayasai Reddy and the ministers of the YSRCP have made several accusations against the Raghu Rama Raju, but he has not made any significant complaints against them.
But now, Nandigam Suresh allegedly made unparliamentary remarks at a very personal level that led to the Raghu Rama Raju bringing the issue to the Lok Sabha's notice. Analysts claim that the mutual mud-slinging between various parliamentary parties has moved the people of AP away from real problems.
